    I don’t think FEMA would be telling the local police 5 or 6 months in advance that they plan to federalize them (amoung other things), and I sure as hell don’t think they would be having this meeting so casually.

    Do you think they’re going to every police station and telling the cops they will be taking over a half year in advance? Come on… I smell BS.
